Adoption Day!

The delay in blogging is due to the fact that my much-loved MacBook Pro is in the hospital having a new monitor installed. It was necessary because sometime during our Mexican adventure I left a pencil on the keyboard and one of my kitties stepped on the cover and crunch -an ever-elongating crack in the screen.  This is turning out to be a very expensive lesson for me.   The new monitor and installation:  $549!

Be that as it may, I'm going to 'adopt' and pick up my new, to me, RV this afternoon.  I'm very excited and will have lots of photos, etc. very soon.

  1. Glad that there is good news to go along with the bad news. Sorry about your broken moniter, definitely a painful lesson.

  5. Thanks everybody. Made the 50 mile trip home from Vacaville to Roseville with my new baby. I was a little nervous but once I got on 80 East I just sat back and enjoyed the ride and view. I still don't have my laptop back so either camera photos tomorrow - or I'll take some iPhone shots.

  8. Super excited photos....especially one with you behind the wheel and Lacy in the passenger seat!! Lincoln and Eleanor won't know where to roam with so much room!! Doug is super jealous!!
